Who we are
Clever AI is a partnership of Clever IT, IceBoxDesigns and Know+Do. Full company details will be published here once the trading entity is registered. Until then, contact us on hello@clever-it.dev and we will tell you exactly which company you would be contracting with.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, print and share anything on this site. You may not copy it and present it as your own, or use it to train a model without asking us first. We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
The calculators
The ROI and savings calculator is an estimating tool, not a quote. It multiplies the numbers you type in — nothing more. Every formula it uses is written out in plain English on the page so you can check it. Results depend entirely on your inputs and on assumptions that may not hold for your business, so please do not treat them as a forecast, a guarantee, or financial advice.
The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or stored on our servers.
Figures shown on this site
Where a number describes something we have done, it is attributable to one of the three founding companies and labelled as such. Where a number is an illustration — a target, an example, or sample data in a screenshot — it is labelled as an example. If you find one that is not clearly one or the other, tell us and we will fix it.
Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make based on this website or its calculators.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
